- Answers questions from potential businesses and developers, and market to potential businesses
- Works closely with public works administrator, highway superintendent, planning/zoning chair and Marcy Chamber.
- Assist new development applicants with the review process; provide guidance through Planning and Zoning if needed.
- Keep potential clients confidential,
- Reports monthly to Town Board (including businesses/developers contacted and potential outcome)
- Provide info when followup is required
