Planning Board Chairman Robert Lambe called the Meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00PM.
A Legal Notice was published in the Observer Dispatch on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 concerning the Special Meeting.
The Meeting was scheduled in order to review the qualifications submitted for Master Plan study.
Submissions that the Town received to the Master Plan RFG were briefly reviewed. Four (4) is a manageable number of interviews and there was no reason seen to eliminate any of the candidates so the Planning Board will interview each of them.
Planning Board Members discussed the tentative dates for the interviews and decoded to schedule two (2) each on January 8, 9, 10, 2007, trying to keep to just two (2) of the three (3) evenings. 1 –1/2 hour slots at 5:00PM and 7:00PM will be used, except for Tuesday when the Planning Board has a Regular Meeting at 7:00PM. There is a very light agenda so the Planning Board only needs thirty (30) minutes for that meeting and the second interview can be at 7:30PM. Planning Board Chairman Robert Lambe will leave the first interview at 6:30PM for the Review Panel if there are any applicants. All interviews will be in the Conference Room.
The five (5) copies of each RFQ submission were distributed to Economic Development Coordinator David Kozyra, Planning Board Chairman Robert Lambe, Planning Board Member Carl A. Annese, Town Councilman James Goodman, and Town Councilman Keith P. Schuderer.
Economic Development Coordinator David Kozyra agreed to check the references for each of the firms.

Having no further business, Planning Board Member George Robertaccio made a motion to adjourn the Meeting at 8:35PM; seconded by Planning Board Member Carl A. Annese.
