Enrollment information within a New York State Agricultural District
September 30, 2011
Revised version of the Oneida County Farmland Protection Board's Agricultural District Data Collection Worksheet. This is the form that landowners submit to the Farmland Protection Board their properties to be enrolled within a New York State Agricultural District. It is the same form that the Board of Legislators supplies to the municipal clerks every year for the Annual Open Enrollment Period in January, whereby owners can apply to enroll within a district without having to wait until a district is open for review during the eight year cycle. The Farmland Protection Board has requested that municipalities place the revised form on their websites. The Board believes it is helpful to make the form available in as many places as possible.
